Personal Preparation is a bespoke, one-to-one offering designed to support women through life’s defining moments — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Informed by my experience supporting Olympic athletes for the past 20 years, this work brings together intelligent strength and speed training, movement preparation, recovery strategies and mental skills to help you feel capable, confident, and supported — whatever stage of life you’re in.
Each programme is tailored to you. Taking time to understand your goals, your body, and the demands of your life, creating a thoughtful approach that prioritises preparation over pressure and sustainability over intensity. This is not about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about building the physical and mental capacity to meet life with steadiness, resilience, and confidence.

To protect the quality of this work alongside full-time work within elite sport, I work with only a small number of clients at any one time. This ensures each woman receives the depth of attention, care, and expertise this approach deserves.
Investment typically begins from £75 per session, with pricing shaped around the level of support and preparation required.
Alongside Personal Preparation for women, I also offer a small number of Professional Mentorship spaces for coaches and practitioners seeking to deepen their approach to physical and mental preparation.
